Purposes of processing of personal data


Making contact

If you send us a message by e-mail or using one of our contact forms, the data you disclose is stored by us and used to process your message and to make contact with you. This data is only processed within the TELENOT group of companies and will not be passed to third parties without your consent. Art. 6 Par.1 (a) and (b) of the GDPR forms the base jurídica for the collection and processing of data. The data accruing in this context is deleted as soon as its storage is no longer necessary, or its processing is restricted if statutory retention obligations apply.


Application procedure

If you submit an application to us by electronic means, your details will be used exclusively to process your application and will not be passed to third parties. Please note that applications sent to us by e-mail are transmitted in unencrypted form.


Server log files

If you only visit our website – without transmitting information to us – we only collect the personal data that your web browser transmits to our servers. The collection of this data is technically required to display the web page to you and to guarantee its stability and security. The base jurídica for this is Art. 6 Par.1 (f) of the GDPR.

The following data is automatically transmitted when you visit the website:

  • Your IP address
  • The date and time that the page was visited (with time-zone difference to GMT)
  • Content of the request (specific website)
  • Access status / HTTP status code
  • The respective volume of data transmitted
  • The website from which the request was issued (referring web page)
  • The web browser used, including the version number and language setting
  • Operating system and, where applicable, the interface used

The data collected is stored for a period of 14 days. After that, the data mentioned above is deleted.


Google Web fonts              

To enable the uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.For this purpose, the browser you use must establish a connection to the Google servers. YouTube

Duration of data retention              

The data accruing when you make contact with us (e-mails, information from contact forms) is deleted as soon as its storage is no longer necessary, or its processing is restricted if statutory retention obligations apply.The storage duration of automatically transmitted data (refer to item “Server log files”) is 14 days. After that, the data is deleted.
